Hmm, when I quit RuneScape, I thought about going back on more than one occasion. What stopped me from going back was that I had Alched my Fire Cape, Torso, Etc.. (Plan Worked as Intended)
The removal of PKing and Staking was something that kept me away as well, Simply because that was mainly all I did. Note; I did quit months before the Major Updates.
So, nothing really brought me back, only turned me away.
All the Friends I had on RuneScape I either have connections to on Msn, 360 Live, WoW, or right here in WG. So I still keep in touch with them regulerly, that might be a reason why I didn't come back as well, because I still had a way to contact all of my friends.
So, since I can't say anything about Coming back I'll add a little bit about why I havn't left playing WoW yet.
WoW, added a sence of excitement to gaming. Mostly because the Raiding aspect of WoW. For those of you that don't know...
A Raid in WoW is a group of people, Either 10, 25, or 40 People. With the combined orginization of these people you are able to take down Creatures that you could not do anyway else.
A raid is compromised of Tanks (Characters with the ability to take enourmous ammount of Damage from said boss), DPS (Characters that do Damage to the Boss), and Healers (Characters who's priority is to keep the Tanks and if possible the DPS alive)
So everyone was a job, if one person fails at their job, it could get the whole raid killed.
So, what I'm getting down to...It's a Challenge, sure there were some bosse sin runeScape, but not the type in WoW, where you have so many people relying on so many others to get the kill.
Sorry, extremely off topic but I kind of branched out from the main Point.
