on a side note: why on earth can't you say "irc" in runescape? It makes no sence to me how is "irc" offensive? Does it also stand for something like "I Rape Cunts" or what?

Nah, Jagex just doesn't like IRC all that much. The ability to be hacked via IRC is higher than in just plain Runescape chat because of clickable links.
