Stepping Down from RL

Well, today I was contacted by the council if I was happy as being an RL... I've been giving it some thought. I'm not a great caller, I need a lot of practice to get better. I don't like setting up wars, cause I hate the thought of setting us up for failure. I do like to pk, that's why I attended every raid I could even if I didn't call.
I'm not the strong leader that WG needs right now.. I wanted to uphold everything I promised to do in my application, I'm sorry I failed at that.

You were quite a good leader even though you panic'd. Hopefully you can work on your calling behind the scenes and reapply for raid leader again one day.

Also, looks like the council will have the step up (Yes rachel and kevin you too) and lead some raids seeing as we are down to Jayson and Darth.

Part of the reason why I'm training combat
Cory, thanks for giving raid leader a shot. Hopefully your BFR idea will live on in the other idea us staff were talking about. I think you can make a great back-up caller and future raid leader if you practice your calling. Just have confidence in yourself.

This makes me think twice about the app i just put in lol, just kidding, hope u re-apply soon, the clan overall needs more leaders and its a great way to get experience by becoming a raid leader an i respect u for trying it

Keep your head held high. I still think you're a great guy and enjoy your company. I'm glad that you're staying here with us though.
