Alain doesn't have the gear. Who saw that coming?

This kid is a Keanu case. Never trains, and wants to stay F2P ONLY because he doesn't want to be forced to get P2P gear.

If he doesn't complete the gear check then I wouldn't object to kicking him.

My reasons to say no to kicking:

1. Gene does advertise us as a f2p clan?

2. Alain is on every single day with the clan. idk

3. I'm probably just a softy but I'd have to say a kick is harsh unless you intend to kick all Guardians for the same thing.

4. It seems bias. Then it is a thing called precedent, once you start it you have to always follow the same rule.

You know how I like everyone pretty much the same. So it's not cause I like Alain any more or less than any other member. I see a kick as more of a problem of stirring up trouble between staff and members then it would do us any good. A kick has to be as a last resort and very well deserved and hopefully majority of the clan would agree with the decision.

I always have to try to look out for the entire clan. Alain by far is not the worst member to be preoccupying ourselves over. It is just your finding him like the plague. Very irratating and annoying with the long-continued whining and begging at him to train his account. I don't have an answer for what to do with him, but I can't see a kick as good.

He talks to people. He doesn't play Runescape. He doesn't post on forums. He doesn't attend events. Just because he talks to people doesn't make him a good member.

It's an inactivity sweep, Rachel. Just because someone is nice to others doesn't mean we should give them special treatment.

Once again, not bias at all. We're being too nice on Lazy members. I sweeped out a good 10 inactive trial/full guardians over the past week or so with no warning. We need have a memberlist that correctly shows our pulls. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want a 250 man memberlist that pulls 100. I'd prefer a 150 man memberlist that pulls 120.

Edit: He also skipped today's raid because it was P2P.

Luke - 20% warn, told to get gear checked ASAP or further punishment
Zurvivor - Given a break, because he recently got hacked, and then switched accounts. Will check him in 2-3 weeks



Red = Given warn level, still hasn't checked gear
Yellow = Will be given an extension
Green = given warn level, but gear has been checked
