Next warlord..

So, what are we going to do?

Will we put up council applications, or should we hold a vote to give it to Jayson straight away like we did Darth? To be honest, I don't see any other WG members who are qualified to be warlord.

Idk. Jayson isn't good with people. He thinks getting in fights is cool or something. He has improved but I recall his last application before he edited it. It actually made me want to laugh but he was serious and I found it sad that he felt that way. His mic issue is fixed for now.

There isn't anyone else atm. I think Gene is way better of a choice than Jayson, but can he be active enough to do it atm? The other thing is that Gene is Aussie and can handle that time zone. We really don't need another Aussie atm in council. I think GMT would be a preferred if we can get that to work out.

(To Gene: Please don't be offended, I am sincere on this. You've been drinking to much and coming online. I'm starting to worry about you and your liver. If you have real life issues, maybe talking to one of us will help.)

I don't think rushing to replace Kyle is going to be the best thing for WG. We have good callers available to us that have not applied for the trial raid leader too. Pyro, Dazzy, Tiger, Jordan and Cory. They may not be staff material or don't want it but they are good back up callers and can easily lead some raids.

DZ is still training and idk where that is going to go either. A few weeks could make the difference.

Yeah, you don't exactly NEED to get staff positions thrown out to people just because it's available. In Solace people were callers that were just normal members, same as AF, etc. Just try to emphasize more that we're giving people the chance to be a caller if they want to try it.

Still worried about not having a warlord when Kyle leaves. Both because I think we need someone to give us direction, as well just having another council.

There's nobody in WG right now that could take up the position.

He is right. It is not like just buying a pair of new shoes cause you don't have that color. We have to have the right style and fit or it just will be junk in the closet of no use to us. We have been with no warlord in the past before. I don't think it is a rush. Kevin, I'll be away the weekend but when I get back I'll start working on the warlord issue more. So far Easy Tiger, Zooby and WizardofGod have shown interest in being raid leaders. I think DZ with his account coming around might be an option as well.

Joey with the trolling would never ever last in council. He can't handle it. I'm not sure he will make it to raid leader. I like him but he just gets into to much drama.

Jayson has not held any bigger wars at all. I can't count on him to suddenly change to be more like Kyle. He is good to be a raid leader but I am not sure about his judgment in other situations. He is however improving.

Demonc hasn't been around enough to know what he is good at for me.

Vephy is very rich and I'm not sure he will consider the poor in making his decisions for the clan. He has to get past his indifference with some people as well. He doesn't seem to have a caring heart atm. That makes me worry.

Tom/Army is a very nice guy but moody. I'm not sure what he is doing in his trial spot. He seems to be overly trying to impress and I worry it will fade quickly. idk

Cory has brought up his leading a bit but I don't think he would be good warlord. He would be better at general council and we already have us. We need someone a bit more pvp minded.

Gary hates people and would be good at picking wars and evaluating things. Gary's hating is not a problem for the most part. I still love him. I think I might be able to get him to be a raid leader in the future.

Randy is more perfect for replacing Kyle than anyone but he just doesn't seem to want to step up or maybe he can't.

That is basically my assessment atm for WG. The only other thing I can say is that the Event Leader Applications show some true interest in the clan. If our Raid Leader Applications had been half that good we would be set atm.

Don't give a rank to anyone who doesn't deserve it. I can't see anyone with the potential to do the job. I don't particularly like the shoe analogy Rachel, BECAUSE MEN DON'T COLLECT SHOES AT ALL, so I have no idea what you're talking about. Go back to Venus.

There's not a single worthy candidate right now. We'll have to battle it out. I guess I have to lift my game, come to full activity, and be a warlord. We'll need to promote a raid leader though. We just have to.

As for my drinking "problem", I wouldn't worry about it. I just had a big run of consecutive parties. That's all over now that I'm working full time again.

If that's how you feel, then the clan needs to know that.

The clan needs to know, and more importantly see, that you will step up.

Here's what I think though. From what I've seen of you lately, I don't think you will do it.

But I sure hope you can prove me wrong.

Renoldojr10 has just been accepted. Gene was he any good? I remember him being nice. I liked Ali.

I love Easy Tiger and he is really good at leading. I've been on a few things and his calling is good. You can ask Robbie too. Robbie goes with him often I believe.

Let's be optimistic and hopeful. The clan could still get someone good for a raid leader or two.

Tom/Army is looking way better too. I've noticed while I am on ts with him.
