Idea for RS

Who will support me if I make this suggestion on RS forums?
All male characters start the game with 99 Attack, Strength, Defense, HP, Ranged, Construction, Agility, Crafting, Slayer, Hunter, Mining, Smiting, Fishing, Firemaking, Woodcutting, Farming, Summoning, and DG. They get 100k every financial year and no chat filter.
The Lumbridge range and the rest of the ground level kitchen should be moved to the basement. All female characters start the game with 99 cooking, and are perm muted. They can't leave the kitchen, and they can't read the world map. Sandwiches should be introduced as a cookable item. All women should have 10 HP and be attackable by men in case they get the make the wrong meal, and they can't stand within 3 squares of rats or spiders.
