2days notice, mark

hello all,
im writting this with pain in my hearth, but recent development has pointed out that i can't be your event leader anymore.
this is because of 3 main reasons.
1:
my school and work are demanding tons of me, i have a very small time left to do something for my own
2:
i don't enjoy runescape as much as i was used to, currently i only play it for maybe 3 hrs per week (this includes my event).
3:
i feel like im not doing a good job, this is partiary due to my weak english which makes it hard for me to communicate.
second i don't feel like im leading,but more as one who joins the event.
and at last i feel that my organisation skills are poor, making it hard for me to coordinate an event effectively.
i have thought this over and over and i don't see any other solution.
i wish to take elite guardian and i hope you guys understand what im going through at the moment.

Fully understand mate, but the stuff you have done, the events you've lead, the monster hunt thing etc, have all been really good.
You should be proud of what you have achieved, and I hope you apply again some day if your workload ever frees up.

Sorry to hear that, I know what you're going through as well. School is demanding shitloads outta me, and i can only scape on weekends. So yeah... All i can say is Good Luck man, you were a really nice friend to me and i hope you should still be during the time you play. <3

I'm fine with your #1 and #2 for leaving Event Leader.
But your English has come so far and you are awesome at Event Leader. The fact that you join in and enjoy events shows what an amazing leader you are and you will be missed in lvl 3. I hope you still host some things occasionally when you have time.
I'm very happy you will be Elite for now. If things change for you, you deserve the Emeritus Rank in the future too.

Mark you know we will accept your decision, its just we thought u were doing such a great job as event leader. But its your choice.

Man this sucks, you were a great event leader, and you shouldn't use that as a point as to why you are stepping down. All Monster Hunts were great fun. But if you think you have too much work irl then if you think you it would benefit your work to step down, then do whatever you think is best as its your choice at the end of the day.
