Trial Raid Leader Grading

All staff members should help out with this (yes, even event leaders). This would be too much work for just a couple of people.

Simply edit the post of the applicant whenever something needs to be added.

It shouldn't be too hard to figure out how to edit the grading form, but if you have any questions, you can just PM me or post here.

Root Grading Format:

1.) Minimum expectations of all trial raid leaders.

Set up at least one war and be the primary caller of that war. [Total Number = # ]
Post at least one raid, and be the primarily caller of that raid. [Total Number = # ]
Be the primary caller of at least one weekly raid (does not have to be for full duration of raid). [Total Number = # ]

2.) Activity:

Notes:

1.) We will tell these things to the trials so they know what they have to do. They can of course do more than the minimum. For wars, however, they can't host a second one until each trial has hosted one.

2.) Self-explanatory, really. This tally will help us compare activity rates among the trials when we're deciding who will get promoted.

3.) Again, self-explanatory.

4.) Probably the most important part. We need to do a good job on assessing how effective their calling is.

5.) Anything can go in here, really. Comments about their attitude (positive/negative), if they abuse TS/IRC rank, if they skip anything, etc.

Had an issue with him telling everybody to take off barrages (because somebody was barraging), and it turns out he was the one barraging. He even did it after people to take them off. Hey guys, please try to keep this up to date! So far I've made the only edit, and I know there's been more raids than that in the past couple days ...

Nobody is responsible for any specific person. If you're online at a raid, then after the raid come to this topic and make appropriate changes. Should take maybe a couple minutes after every raid.

If you do it all at the end something is bound to be left out, such as how many raids they've attended. We've now doubt missed at least 5 raid/war count per applicant.

Oh well.
