GoodBye Trial Raid Leader

I dont fit as a leader of WG. I know what to do as a leader. But when it comes down to when I have to perform, I freeze up. I dont want to be Trial Raid Leader anymore. On our allied raid, I was chosen to lead. When we ran into a clan, I did nothing but make people lose there sets.
It's not for me.

Aww Garrett, maybe you'd be better suited as an Event Leader?
I think you have good general leadership skills and would encourage you to apply for EL when positions open up next.

Broski I don't even think anyone died (at max 1).
People die on raids it's not always the raid leaders fault.
I still think you should stick with it.

I respect your decision, but I encourage you to not give up on it. Sometime I think go practice doing calling with friends while goofing off in CWA. No pressure and just for fun or at Castle Wars. Do it in places where the sets aren't an issue and just try to enjoy playing and not worry about anyone's bank.

I know what you mean. Even as Event leader you have this feeling.. I remember when I hosted a scavenger hunt. I was so afraid that I have forgotten something that I forgot to enjoy my own event. I know there's more on stake when you are Raid leader. I would be the worst raid leader ever 
but my best advice is not to give up. Just try again and eventually you can handle the pressure. Don't give up.. Try it again.. back on the horse and ride out

Just keep trying Garrett, you have the potential, just need to work on it.
I used to be as bad as Rachel when pking/warring and now look how much i have turned around.

Garrett I was so happy when I saw you apply, it's a shame to see you step down so early.
Like someone mentioned before, you should probably apply for EL, you don't need to be uber creative.

Good on ya for giving it a go Garrett, and good on you for recognizing and admitting early on that it really isn't your thing.
