Disappointed.

There are 4 of you.

You are trying to prove yourselves to us that you are worthy of Raid Leader.

Yet what im seeing is dissapointing.

Destroyer - You didnt sign up to the 3 round war on friday.

Joey - You didnt sign up to the war today.
- Signed up yes for fridays war and didnt show.

Vephyrus - You didnt sign up to todays war
- Signed up as yes for your war on friday and didnt show
- Didn't sign up for sabres war

Army - Didnt show up to the war today (You say you had internet troubles, yet your leaving message was a quit message not a ping, I can only go by what I see)

Would like to point out. Ive been to every war but that one since i was given trial. Alot more than all of the others.

may be a quit message but hell i know my internet wasnt working..
So ye make a fuss all you like jayson. But not goign to have that.

Truth is, at this point in the process either one of two things should be happening:

a) One or two of you are beginning to distinguish yourself, making our choice seemingly easy
b) You're all doing equally well, making our choice pretty difficult

Obviously we would prefer choice b over a. However, neither of these are the case at hand. Everybody is doing an equally poor job. None of you are really showing us that you want this position.

Don't think that we have to promote any of you. There are proven ex-raid leaders in this clan who would surely love to take this position if they were offered it.

I did sign up and it was on a friday and i was working so seriously what else am i ment to do?

Any time i would get the chance i would lead and would go out raiding if others wanted to?

And i dont think that any of us deserve this rank without showing we can handle it but when the opportunity arises you cant say we wont step up to the plate simpily because we havnt been givin the opportunity to show we can do this role properly

Tbh kevin im confused what you want from us anymore.

I took over Destroyers event the other day. I came to the war on friday on my own birthday when i wasnt even planning to.
Ive hosted numerous raids during the week for people.

Ofc council hasnt been here for the last week or so. So we've had no help. I thought the fact we were trials we'd be given help of some sort. Not just a forum. We;ve had no imput from council at all. Little topics like this dont help just makes me think whats the point tbh.

What more do you want us to do?

My break came at a bad time with Kyle leaving. Sorry guys. I'll be around to help out more. I know I'm not pvp person but I've been around WG long enough to help give a little help on this anyway.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to take over others events when things came up for them. Working together is what it really comes down to being in staff.

Performance is important but cooperation and willingness is very relevant in my own opinion. If anyone doesn't like leading then this is a good time to say you want out. I hope most of you are enjoying your time as trial raid leaders. I'm sorry I haven't been on to attend your events. Next weekend I should be able to come to a lot more.

Gene is clearing his schedule more for us too. I know I am looking forward to having Gene around a bit more over next few weeks.

In all fairness for Army, he has lead numerous raids, he took over Vephy's war (for what we had), I've been on all his raids and all the attendance for raids I put up, Army was on almost every one.

That is the minimum requirements of a Raid Leader. However, unless you want to be like (and to just name a few from the past year) Flame_Outlaw / Fbi3255 / Slayz0rr / WG_Justin, you have to give more than the minimum.

This might mean missing some stuff in real life, but that is what seperates good from great. It's up to you of course, I'm not going to go around tell you all to stop everything for this.
