I work my ass off, but it seems we want different things. WG members want to 'have fun' and only show up to wars if it suits them. As a leader I expect people to be as active as me. Sign up for every war. Attend at least 60% of raids and wars. Staff to be the most active members. Members to be able to know when to have fun and when to be serious. I'm just not the leader WG wants it seems. So I'll be going down to Elite for the time being, but I doubt I'll hang around much without a rank, I don't really want to be here anymore, people just don't care about the Wilderness Guardians like I do, I guess it's from being apart of WG at all the winning times ('06 rivalry with ROT, '08 rise from the depths for the Jagex Cup). So yea, no shoutouts since this is just a stepping down topic for now. |
Considering the situation WG is at atm, I'll hang around until I'm not needed as much.

100% agree that I love the raids/wars you host. Your commentary more than enough makes up for the fact that what we're doing might be boring. I can't help but laugh at "HOLY FUCK GUYS MEGAPILE! MEGAKO!! I JIZZED AT THOSE MEGABINDS" but.. hope you stick around, buddy.

we just need people to get there heads out of there asses.
the war went terrible because no one took it seriously because they are our allies. some people didnt even pray. and took it as a joke causeing us to lose. we just need like more practice.

Unfortunately the process of raid leaders trying and members being uncooperative has been going on for as long as I can remember.

Can I say declined? I don't think this is the answer for you anyway. How many times did you apply to be raid leader? No way in hell do I think you should be quitting.

You said it yourself. If you care THAT much about this clan, keep trying hard. Don't just rage-step-down after a single war.
I am saying this because i don't know what it's like to be a raid leader. I don't know how hard it is to have the entire clan on your own hands sometimes.
I do know, though, that if thomas edison stopped working on the creation of the lightbulb because his crew wasn't working as hard as he was, we probably wouldn't have lamps in our houses.

Itd be nice if you could reconsider this Jayson. and talk to staff. Remember there is still people who care for Wg to the highest. If you care so much please think what will happen if you step down. For one we will have no war ranks.

But I entreat you to not make this decision after tonight's outcome.
Surely if WG is as bad as you make us out to be, don't you think you should stay and help us to improve? You of all people are capable of making that happen, but it will be hard...

Your raids and wars were funny as shit man. Funny and well led - tough combination to have.
Sure you don't want a bit of time to reconsider? It's kind of lame that you didn't give it a bit more time... Hope you stay around though Jayson. i really thought you had it in you.

The reason the only raid I attend is the most enjoyable raid. Humor in a serious atmosphere isn't something easy to hold, yet you manage. Hope you reconsider Jayson, but then again if you don't, I also understand.
