Feb Promotions

It is already within a week til end of month. Time flys by.
We have more than just Monthly promotions coming up to promote. I would like to start thinking about the promotions.
I have my own thoughts on who to promote but I like to hear from you.

Higher to Elite;
I currently think a lot of our higher members aren't that active, have been promoted recently, or have made forum posts antagonising other members, although if we aren't counting recently promoted members i'd say;
Kat/Zurvivor; Seen them both active at events i've attended and when I updated all the attendance, both their names came up time and time again.
Guardian to Higher;
Similarly some of these members I don't find to be too active, however;
Taibz (Barely been a guardian for a month); has been at all raids and wars i've attended and more, hes a great guy to talk to but i dislike his claws on raids :<...
Shawn; seen him at a few events but doesn't always stay for the whole of the events, so it's mixed feelings.
Demomc; Applying for TRL but hasn't been THAT active, again, mixed feelings.
Woof; Seen him at all events he can attend, he's not in the best of timezones so he can't always attend every event but he makes all the ones he can. Great guy to talk to, have had lots of casual conversations with him at events and he talks to everyone, gets conversations going, deserves it IMO.

I like Woof to higher and Kat to elite.
Shawn and Vulcan Sin are members I've been very impressed with as well, and I think if they keep their activity up they should be promoted next month*. Zurvivorman to elite next month sounds good to me as well.

This and I think Vulcan Sin for MOTM maybe. He forum pms me a good bit with details on things that are very helpful with activity. Being he is attending a good bit it would be nice.

Zurvivor isn't Elite material yet. Maybe in 2 or 3 months.
And yea, havn't seen Vulcan around much but that could be aussie timezone's fault.

Kevin and I discussed and agreed to add Dallar to this months list as a higher guardian. He is willing to be a mentor and help out with graphics and other things. It makes sense to give him at least Higher.
