I Remember When

I remember when PvP was more about winning than looting. When styles were more important than spec weapons. When returning was not praised it was expected. When looting armor was unacceptable because food allowed you to fight longer. When talking in the wilderness and Teamspeak was prohibited so we could take the fight seriously. When ranks were goals.
I think WG can really improve if everyone changes their attitudes. This isn't something that should be enforced. I'm hoping that if some members (you?) take the initiative to do so then the rest will follow. Everyone is doing something wrong whether you realize it or not. Since clans are a collective effort we all have to work together and not rely on the leaders.
MY pledge:
I WILL: Bind at F2P wars, Ancient or TB at P2P raids and not use claws or DDS.
I WILL: Share any loot I get with TBers.
I WILL: Sign up for all events as they're posted and without being asked.
I WILL: Post on every intro.
I WILL: Check up on my mentee regularly, share contact info, and invite them to events.
I WILL: Check Zybez weekly and post our recruitment template.
What about you?

- Make sure to have war times at hand always.
- Make sure my bank is ready for fights at ALL times
- Get better at tanking
- Train hard to make an example of a great member
- Attend events and maintain activity

I WILL: Always do my absolute best to tank at all wars/raids.
I WILL: Greet every member in the lobby when they enter (you may not think this is important, but i do).
I WILL: Sign up for all events when they are posted. Wars/Raids etc
I WILL: Always do my best to participate in Skill of the Week and Combat Skill of the Week unless in a period of inactivity.
I WILL: Do my utmost to ensure that my mentee is welcomed into WG in the best possible way, with regular contact between us.

When I came back I was like, taken back by the amount of absolute shit ingame that I could see during raids.
It used to be no talk in raids unless leaders/callers.
Did TS actually replace the wg name spam in raids aswell?
