PLEASE make F2P practice war events. Many of them.
Our hybriding has been HORRIBLE lately. Find a way to get people to hybrid. I'll be working on this too.
Our tanking has been just as bad. In our last 4 wars people have been Ko'ed left right and center.
Make sure you go over basic things as well. It seems like we've got a disease of being horrible at warring lately. We really have to get some practice in if we want to snap out of it. The more practice the better.
Also, can anyone think of a way that we CAN GET PEOPLE TO HYBRID? Seriously, it's almost as if people are afraid to hybrid. We have to get people hybriding if we want to win.

When we did that hybriding only event (just robes and no armor), it helped me a lot. I think that is the best way, because quite frankly, hybriding isn't "fun"

I'm getting round to sorting out the tanking problem, thinking of ways to make it fun and easy to learn.
To make these events effective though, we need to make it so 20+ people attend.

I hybrid everytime , anyway Ive given General the access and ability to set up some Clan Wars tanking.
Ill try to get in hold with TDM about one as well.

I know I suck at trying to hybrid... Ffs, I'm a skiller! 
Get some one who's good at it, and have them take small groups for easier teaching? Or one on one training? I had some one do that with me once, teaching me about using a ddp correctly... And it actually helped a lot. Duel arena is good for 1 on 1, and Clan Wars Arena for small groups.

DZ I think you know my situation atm. AP Final tomorrow (Friday): Another AP final next Thursday, and the AP Test on May 12th. I'm being semi-inactive atm. If I'm on during the weekend I'll host some short prep ones. No guarantees though. Post-May 12, I'll double my efforts to make up for time lost. I hate to make excuses. I have the clan's intentions in mind, but for now real life is my primary worry.

Agreed Dale. People have to hybrid, it is key along with tanking and sniping. We have to be strict on this!

The problem is as follows...
If we start handing out warnings for not hybriding you can see what is gonna happen. It is my opinion that people will start skipping wars altogether, not because they cant be assed to come, but because they feel too scared to hybrid, feeling that they will let the clan down and therefore will not come in case they get a warning for coming and not hybriding....
