Why you don't idle in the Clan Chat

I'm not one for ranting, i usually sit back and let WG fall down around itself, but today the actions of one ex-staff member have severely pissed me off.

I was kicked from the Clan Chat for absolutely no reason.
Ok, so being banned for an hour isn't the end of the world. I agree.

It's the principle behind the action from someone that should know and does know better.

I was under the impression that Gene and the Council had made their position on trolling very clear, well, evidently, it has not been made clear enough to some.

Trolling is what is destroying WG.
I don't go into negativity, i am generally a positive person and I have always strived to help WG in whatever way I can, but with the loss of another staff member and another core member in the last 24 hours, i am hardly surprised.

If you want WG to improve, cut the crap, cut the trolling and grow up, because i am sick of this shit.

Wow, it seems a gesture of good will (leaving them with ranked permissions) was simply thrown in our faces.

Can Gene please sort out the rankings please?

I idle. More people need to idle in the cc! We have a lot of potential recruits in there... this shows our activity.

This seems more of a personal rant... No need for me or any other member to read this, it's pretty much a cry in my opinion. You should have taken it to a PM instead of making it public because I have no sympathy in what happened nor do I care tbh.

It's not a personal rant in the slightest.
If I had wanted to rant at the member I would have done it myself.

I wanted to draw the attention of WG/warn other members that trolling cannot be tolerated if we are to continue calling our community 'superb' and 'excellent' and something to be proud of.
