I realise I have been inactive

Yeah, working full time sucks.
You need more activity from the clan leader.
I notice every time that when my activity tapers off, the rest of the clan goes inactive too.

You guys are part of my life, so when WG doesn't grow I take it personally.
I'm committed to giving more time, but just be patient for about one more week.

The event leaders should be able to operate as usual without me and recruitment can be done without me too. Now I realise how crucial the leader's activity is, but I'm also saying you have all it takes to expand without me in the short term.

I will be back to help the long term plans come into place. We are raising requirements, we have enforced tabula rasa, we are continuing to get exposure in the clan world despite not posting fights (though we'll need to start doing this). The problems we have, and I know what they are, will not kill the clan. Everything will be fixed. Just operate without me for another week.

You have my faith. For one week.
I'm sure we can pull ourselves out of this 'down patch'. We always have before...

I'm picking up my activity as much as I can.
Other members should follow suit.

I'm looking at our ML now.
It's been pruned to 54, but those 54 have semi-activity.
I could see us pulling close to that in a war if we all tried.
Unfortunately, you guys who are reading this are the ones I don't need to speak to about activity.
The ones that need to lift their game are the ones who don't check here.

I'll get more involved with our trials over the next few weeks and try to help them move forward in the clan to graduate.

I find it very distracting to be under hostile and aggressive posts aimed at myself and others. It needs to stop. The few that do it know who they are. I don't care if you think it is justified or not. Take it to pm first, then the council, then Gene.

Tbh im kinda happy in the sense our ML as been cleared, as much as it was bigger before, alot of them were either inactive or not dedicated.

I'd rather see a smaller ml pull More % of the members to the war than a big ml pulling a low %, i mean look at Downfall, they have 49 members or something, and they pull 40 people to wars.
