That under no circumstance is teleporting away from fights or during a raid (when attacked) is okay.
There will be one will left where anyone seen teleporting during a fight shall be given a verbal warning, but as of next week, all teleporting will receive a 20% warn.
Teleporting to bank while not fighting is 100% fine.

If we tele out with no food left I see no problem with teleing, It's when someone panics when we get rushed and teles out that this is a problem.

A clan 5 times our size appears, we are in level 19 wilderness so we can tele, we are risking our precious gear, wg wont be able to help because they are 5x our size, and we cant tele? Teleing is nh, but really, just giving an nh clan free kills? (just thinking they are nh since we are one of the biggest honor clans)

Rings of Life are considered a Tele.

Rings of life are like saving you a set after you die.
This is what was decided on by the members of staff and Eugene, so I'm just telling you guys.
But most pking we do now is above teleport level, so rings of life wont work.

if its not a WG raid, you can do whatever you want, but as Eugene would say, when you raid under me I am your god.
