Going to grow

I've decided i'm going to depart from WG. I feel that I can no longer grow on my clanning or warring. WG taught me every thing I know about warring and tanking and the wilderness and I felt I owed it to you guys to stick it out and push through the rough times, but in WG it appears to me that it always is in the rough, always struggling to maintain, impossible to grow.
I know what ever clan or team I join won't have as nice and supportive people, it will be pretty much all trolls, but the activity, numbers and excitement bigger clans can supply will out way this. I may not even join a clan. I just don't feel like I can progress anymore.
I will, as always, idle in #wg_lobby, so I will still be around and I will attend the next IRL meet in Australia.
Maybe one day when WG sorts itself out and grows big like everyone hopes I'll see you out there at GDZ.

Not quite sure how you can go from wanting a staff position in a clan to wanting to leave a clan because you're tired of it.

I don't want to get angry at this, although to me, this is one of the most upsetting topics that I have ever seen in this forum....
But, change takes time, yes I know change is long overdue, but now the Council and Gene have promised rapid change and the wheels are in motion.
So Josh, I implore you, PLEASE give it ... 4 weeks, and then if things haven't changed you can then go, but change can't happen in the short time that you've given it.

I have to wonder the same thing.
Sometimes when you think things should be a certain way and the answer ends up being "no". It might be the perfect answer to open up something else for you. I would like that to be in WG.
Good luck in your new adventure. If you don't find it as exciting as you think it will be, remember you can always come home to WG.
