Feb Promotions

For such a short month with only 28 days a lot has happened. I've seen so many WG members kick in and help with things. Thanks to all of you.
We had a lot of discussion in lvl 3 this month with all the staff promotions and everything else. It really is hard to decide sometimes with all of you being great members.
First I'm going to announce our newest Higher Guardians.
Our first one has shown so much dedication to the clan with being a mentor, recruiting a real life friend, training his account with some pretty good xp each week. He offers suggestions and help to clan mates and guests. Over all he is just a great example of what to do in WG. It is really nice to say that Woof helps to make WG a better clan to be a member of. Thanks Woof, it did not go unnoticed. Good luck on your continued time in WG and I can see you going far.
Our second one has been in WG for a long time, he has recently come to realize that WG is home. He was elite guardian and left WG to only find the loneliness of not being with us. I was thrilled that he came back and to see that he was even willing to apply for event leader. He is very helpful to us in staff. He often does little things that the rest of you don't see. I'm sure we will be seeing some of his talent in the sigs and banners again as well. Dallar to Higher Guardian.
Now you are probably wondering who made it to Elite this month? We had two and both are event active and pretty much seen every day by the clan.
Our first person is so event active and often TB at our raids. I rarely here a complaint from them. They watch out for fellow members all the time and often they speak up to be sure people are treated nicely. This is why Katt has so many friends in WG. Congrats Katt on being an Elite Guardian and I'll be looking for some posts in lvl 2.
Our second person is very event active and always on everyday. As one of the staff members said in lvl 3. His name comes up over and over again as I update attendance. ZurvivorMan is also very forum active with over 800 posts. That to me is a nice achievement too.
Finally our MOTM. Vulcan Sin has been with us for around 4 months and he has been so very helpful to staff. He reminds me to do things like update things or links me to things that might need staff attention. He doesn't have to be asked to help. He just pitches in and does things that he can. This is a well deserved special rank for you. I hope when you read this that you realize how much you are appreciated as a member of WG.
Congrats to all the members who got promotions. Remember you are all important to the success of the clan. Thanks for everything you do. Looking forward already to those that will get promoted next month.
