Stepping down

I'm not really sure how any of this works but I think I post it here.

I feel like I'm not the right person for this position anymore, events just aren't for me it seems. I wouldn't be stepping down if I was worried about how the next person would perform, from seeing the applications for the last EL position I know that there's better people for this than myself.

Recently I've grown bored of Runescape and decide now to play other games over it, being an EL gives me extra responsibilities that I don't really want to have for a game I don't enjoy.

I realise I've failed you all and for that I'm sorry, I just know that the next person will be 10x the person I am.

Again I have no idea how all of this works, I think there's a 3 day thing but I don't know so an explanation of what I need to do would be helpful.

I just want you to know you did not fail us in any way. You have been wonderful in staff and very appreciated.

It's okay that you need to switch things up in gaming too. You can have Elite Guardian Rank or Emeritus after you serve successfully in staff. So we can discuss what you want to do.

I'd like you to finish hosting out anything that you have started. I really hope that you don't completely disappear on us. I've so enjoyed you being in WG with us.
