TBK Merge

We expect to receive between 7 and 15 active members from this.
It may double our activity.
I have already spoken to Bean and Kev, and we agreed on terms collectively.
As of tonight it is underway, and we should be seeing applications soon.

TERMS:

We are still using the name The Blade Keepers.
We are still using our forums, IRC and Mumble.
We keep our rules/CoC/CoH/ARPK policies.
We are changing to TV's cape.
- They use Team-20. It fits, as our homeworld is 20. It is fairly generic, and solves our issues with EoS.

Basically, we gain their members and their experience.

HOWEVER, there is one final term.
Madz is due a staff position, which I was happy to agree on.
However, I have received mixed feeback from TBK.
Therefore, I will put it to a vote, with the following conditions:

Madz is to get TRIAL Commander rank, for one month.
All his decisions will go through me firsthand.
At the end of the month, another vote will be held as to if he is to keep the position.

If you agree or disagree on that, please vote.
If you disagree, please reply here CONSTRUCTIVELY.

Bear in mind that we pride ourselves on giving everyone a fresh start and the chance to make their own impression with us.
We do not judge people on their reputations, rather we help people to better themselves.
I would give Madz Commander without a second thought, as he has made a damn good first impression to me.
However, I must put TBK first, so leave the decision to you.

With that said, in other news now:

April 1st, we go 80+, and transition to TeamSpeak 3.

Any members under 80 combat, which I think is just 1, will be contacted.
All members are asked to download TS3 and set it up beforehand.

We have now TWO upcoming wars, please get signed up.
Remember, the warn system is now in use for non-sign-ups.
Upcoming raid with SE this weekend, and the Friday raid, don't forget.

This has been one hell of a month.
I would not be surprised if we see our first real war in April.

Actually there ml is not to bad. I looked at it this morning when I was talking to Justin. I don't think he is on their ML yet. He still has some things he is working on in RL.

I think it was 38 members and they seem to be recruiting a lot closer to our levels. Think of it as a training opportunity I guess. If we happen to run into them we fight them, but we are not hunting them atm?

I want to be sure I am clear that we are not hunting them. I was under that impression from talking with Gene. If that has changed let me know.

I don't discuss WG with Justin or Keanu. When Keanu asked me about Envy war I simply told him that I didn't like his RSC post and that has changed what I'm comfortable talking to him about.

Although, most of you are haters to Keanu, he does have a personality that can be endearing and inviting to people that have not had a bad experience with him. Be careful of underestimating his ability to build his clan. He has passion which is one of the greatest leader qualities a good leader can have. Look at Gene. Gene has passion and vision both. Lol He probably will not read that part cause my post is a bit long.
