Rolex Watches

By Mochacho456 on 14/03/2011
Has anyone bought one?

I was looking to purchase a Men's Silver Dial Beadset Bezel Rolex Datejust Super President (923), and wanted to check almost all the forums I frequent to see if anyone has bought a rolex and if they felt it worth while.

well i do like such accessories but i'm more into Glashütte or Breitling. Both very rich on quality and design. They are even almost as expensive as Rolex but without the overload on gold and /or diamonds, which is the reason why Rolex isn't my favorite. they look something like that:

unfortunetaly i can't afford any of those atm sad.gif but i will when the time is right.

I personally don't own one but my brother does. I can't tell you the model or anything like that though, no idea. He's had it for years though. Never had a problem with it.

Personally I can't justify spending such obscene amounts of money on a watch lol. But whatever makes you happy, that watch looks ballin'.

Yes, it is A LOT of money, but after pushing through college, multiple certifications, training, and more interviews than you can shake a stick at (6 separate interviews for my current job), I really think i deserve to treat myself.

With a purchase that big, I think you should rely on your own taste and not give a shit about anyone else's opinion.

Go for whatever you want.
I'm going to treat myself to a watch as well.

My youngest uncle is a multimillionaire. For my 16th birthday he gave me a Rolex, I was in awe. Two months later, it was stolen in a gym sad.gif

I'm not a watch guy, but this is what it looked like:

It was silver with a black rim, but a few more diamonds in it.

Honestly, if I were you I'd go all out. As fancy and ballin as you can find.
