Allied Raid with the Sabre Clan

We have a 52 person member list yet we are only pulling ~15 to our weekly Allied raid.
For a clan our size I find this very unacceptable.
This is a decent time on a Saturday and I find it highly unlikely most of you are busy.

For this week I am making it mandatory to sign up just like a war.
I want people to get in the habit of being online at this time.

Due to daylight savings being in effect, the times are:
