My predicament...

For those of you who remember me, I've been on and off of WG for the good part of the past 3 years. Though many of you who are here now may not know me, I can assure you the ones who do know me, know me well...

A background story, for those unaware; I am Cory, and I've played runescape for 9 years. This means, I've had an account with runescape for 9 years, but, Collectively, have been active for 7 years overall. In the time I've played, I've seen many clans rise and fall, massive changes to the game itself, and massive changes to the people that play it.

I was in WG back when the clan was divided amongst skillers and killers, a time that I would say, was the most glory-filled time of WG. Back then, WG had a goal... even if it was a split goal among the different partitions of the clan... but a goal nonetheless. There was a passion in the clan, and once you were embraced by the clan, you became stronger having been a part of it. Though I still feel this embrace amongst a few members, I fail to feel the passion that use to be.

So, my predicament, is trying to find what this new goal is for WG... OR even if such a goal exists. What is the goal?... Is it to be the strongest clan, is it to be the most fun clan, or is it just to flame people who've gone off and done their own thing?

As far as rejoining goes, I've put that off until I can ascertain such a goal, and come to the realization that you guys have become one with what it means to be a Wilderness Guardian. At any rate, if it's just going to be having wars and such in attempt to try to squelch ex-member's... count me out.

hey dude, i remember you from the time I was in WG.. ure leaning more towards skilling right? Remb those times when the system was similar to RSD's.

To my knowledge, no... but, I do remember squelchy.

I massively preferred the split set up. Everyone had their own contribution to the whole. Everyone seemed to benefit everyone else in some fashion.

If , and I think you are, referring to TBK in the latter half of that post Cory then I think you should know all of the facts before commenting on the issue.

Keanu is currently playing the victim, something he is quite good at and always was good at, his attention seeking has gotten him and TBK a lot of attention, but I would argue that it's only negative attention.
By acting the victim, Keanu believes he can turn others against WG...

As such, I am very disappointed and saddened that you feel this way, you were in WG for a long time and i'm upset that you won't see our side of the story...

Wilderness Guardians should focus on Wilderness Guardians. I am saddened that you guys have strayed from the truth. Frankly, you shouldn't care about the attention another clan gets... focus on the attention of WG. So what if his clan amasses SO MUCH attention that they become the best? As a clan, as a group, as a family; we just have to be even better. Stop caring about what others do or say; if we're so self conscious as a plan, GET OUT THERE AND DISPROVE THEM.

WG has no goal or direction.

We are getting out there and disproving them by smashing them in the wilderness, we do not kill anyone who is not skulled (unless they are in an opposing clan).

WG's goal is clear as always. Protect skillers and maintain honour. This is nothing wrong with hunting and destroying a clan that flames us. Clearly you haven't been insulted by TBK or else you would be out there with us.

An outside source is an unbiased source. I really have no concern for the situation with Keanu...That's my point; why care?
