Runescape

Scape is blocked on my router (and has been for a long time), anyway since reinstalling windows a couple months ago I lost the program that got around it.
Torbutton or something, I think it was Eregion who sent me it before? Idk was a while ago
Anyway i'm kinda bored and i'd like to check up on scape every now and then, see whats new etc,
If anyone knows what it is i have to download that would be good thx :>

Definitely wasn't me, if I have a problem with my router I poke it with a stick and hope it works out for the best eventually.
