Okay, well.
I have an HDMI cable for my Xbox360 Slim and I want to be able to play on my Laptop monitor, I've done some research about TV Tuners and I was wondering which models would be good to work with on a budget of about 80$ and if they would be useful for what I'll be using it for.

My brother got a cheap one it works fine.
Im not sure about american ones.

I play on my 27" Flat screen but I just wanna get a TV Tuner so I can play on my Xbox if I'm away from home.

Generally, the Hauppage WinTV cards are better than the ATI cards in terms of reliability and ease of use.
I almost bought one then I decided I really don't need one since I haven't had time to watch TV in ages.
