Unofficial War Teams?

Okay, this is a thought that ran through my mind this morning and I think it would benefit our leaders and members a bunch.
Unofficial F2p and P2p war teams to help train potential Warlords/Staff and Raid leaders for official WG wars.
Not only would this be helpful to ALL WG that decide to join the teams, it would help us see who would be a good candidate for WG Raid leader positions.
It would also be extremely fun.
I dunno, it's just a thought.
The fights would be strictly in CWA.

We'd need F2p to balance it out though.
Use them to help new members learn how to tank and help everyone else get better at tanking so that way WG staff doesn't get mad about people not tanking properly.

Idk i think it may separate the clan a bit.
And you can just look for a team if you want.
but also people host raids to show they are suitable raid leaders.

it wouldn't work just cause division the p2p team isnt even like a 'team' its just war when you want if you don't want to than.. Ok but making them more official and stuff would cause division.

If you want a team. Find a team. There are enough. Both myself and Jayson are in different teams. Joe was. You just have to luck. However remember WG comes first.

Yeah you can just join a F2P team. I reckon WG isnt a high scale enough clan to be able to pull off things like this. Remember even when Cory did his thing with the armies there was only like what, 5 people per team? you know how easy that is to tank?
If you want more f2p action mate, just find a team.

It's not that I want more F2p action, it's just I'd feel more comfortable if We had a F2p and P2p team to aid us in our tank and calling practices.
Trust me, It would work better then most people think.
And the fight's wouldn't be official, if you want to attend you'd be able to if you want to without any pressure.

K my bad then. Why not try run a poll and see how many people would be interested in joining your 'teams'
Guess it's one way for us both to find out.
