Future Raid Leaders

By Randy on 27/03/2011
As you all are probably aware, I'm allowing members to step up and lead at PvP events.
Instead of just making apps and guessing if they're qualified they have to prove it.
I'm hoping we'll get 1-2 good raid leaders from this.

As staff I ask that you all help me stay on the lookout for those who deserve it.
On the contrary, if people start to mess up (bad) and ruin PvP events, I ask you to take over.

Thanks

Easy knows what he's doing. Listened to him lead last night. He can do it.
No one else really stands out

Army, you say he can lead, but "lead" is a very broad term.

What specifically has he done to show you that he can "lead"?

I want to see how they handle these situations:

- calling during wars.
- calling easy piles to follow.
- general forum activity.
- war attendance.
- handling other members.

Listening in to one of Easy's raids...

In response to "<04:14:21> "Xlord_CaimX": so ill do attendance":
"I don't do recaps, pfff."

"I've decided to not go raid leader, too many rules. I don't like following rules. Rules are meant to be broken."

Caim took a screen shot, with Easy_Tiger saying something in it:
"Now post that on the shitty forum."

"I call it a shitty forum, but I've been like the top poster."

"I just post when I bored, when I'm waiting for my porn to load."

He calls easy piles was pking last night whilst he was leading. Piles were good. The only problem was he called name before direction.
He appears to be forum active. Handling other members he handled Da kno's complaints on his choice of target (he had Da Kno was in the wrong)
Plus the guy has three kids pretty sure he can handle anything.

Although I will say war attendance is bad. So he will have no calling xp
