Promotions

In the past month we have had Multiple events, and like every end of a month, we have Promotions.

Joey/Theboy126, My mentee, He has been a member for a long time now, and has continuously proved to wg that he REALLY cares about us. He not only cares about us, but works at becoming a better member. He was sinked into wg so much that he was influenced to join and graduate within a week.(in that week I was able to talk to him 2/3 times) I Recommend him because he has a lot of ideas to put forth into Level two, and has shown that he deserves the rank Elite Guardian.

Joey did not ask me to post this, I just felt I needed to put my opinion across, and I would like to see other peoples opinions too.

I really appreciate your input Garrett. It is nice to see Elite Ranks stepping up and speaking out about clan matters.

I'd love to hear the other elites opinions as well on promotions.

With a smaller memberlist, promotions will be more scarce. We currently have 8 elite guardians out of 47 members, whereas we have 5 higher guardians.

I'm not saying Joey isn't deserving of a promotion (I'm also not saying he is), however this month, given our current ratio, it is more likely for a guardian to be promoted to higher than it is for a higher to be promoted to elite.

If a guardian is to be promoted to Higher, i think the most deserving of our current guardians is Bgp.
Yeah he can be a little annoying occasionally, but look at what he's done recently - recruitment, posting on fansites, not to mention all the events he's been organising, contests and the like...

I don't like Joey, But that's just me. It's like Army and Wizard, just can't get away from the fact that I hate his guts.

But ya BGP for Higher, when he has his computer, i wouldn't promote him this time around since he has to get a new one which he said could take 2 months.

I would like say that Wayshow also deserves Higher Guardian.
He's been like to almost every event since he came to the clan and he's very friendly towards everyone. He's very active in TS, irc and online everyday.

I also think that bgp deserves it tbh.

Probably a bit too soon for Wayshow really, he did only app a little over a month ago

Personally I don't think there is any Guardians that are totally suitable to be promoted to Higher at the moment as while there is a few members I can think of that are active and have the 'right attitude' for promo's, they haven't really been here for long enough (ie. Raging Mage, XLord_CaimX, Wayshow).

Maybe Easy_Tiger? from what I've seen they're pretty active & keen to Pk/attend events?

I wouldn't want anyone in level 2 that havn't been in the clan for at least 8 months. It's a very secure forum and it should be treated as a forum for staff like discussion with non-staff.

Sure he is good, but I'd rather wait abit longer, even if he is a good member.
