I'm going to give an overview of his warns to read between what went on as I remember it.

Kyle on November 20: The part you don't see is Supreme Kill telling Keanu to SMD. It was very nasty talk in the lobby and we had a hard time getting them to stop. Then he took it to the forum as well. He threatened Keanu in IRC for a long time as well.

Kyle on November 27: I remember this one too. It was an unneeded rude comment to another clan we had just got done fighting and winning against. Very rude.

Kevin on January 8: This was down right unacceptable. He flamed our allies TS about not going to let them lead us into welfares to get killed and lose his sets. I was on TS for it. Ganga was upset.

Jayson on January 18: I believe this was the flood thing when he was saying Aussie people were stupid and should have the dutch build them retaining walls so they didn't kill their people. It was crazy insensitive to the Aussies. I saw it and agreed with Jayson about this warning as well.

I told him this:

It is a vote thing in my opinion. He might be a nice ex-member when he hangs out in our lobby and causes us no trouble at all, but when he was in WG he had a lot of issues. Including a suicide type post. We gave him the attention he needed when he needed it. I'm not against still helping him but I'm not sure he is good for us to have as a member.

As in if he says or does something offensive or against the rules he gets kicked.

I love second chances, I HATE third chances.

Sure give him a chance.

He was an active member, just wasn't very straight.

leave him on 80%, if he gets one warn, he is gone, no matter what.

I'm fine with that.

(10:28:22) <rachellove> They said they are good with you reapplying and joining us, but the warn level stays til you graduate. Then it will reduce. So don't get any warns while trial at all. Eveyone is good with you getting a second chance.


This is what I told him. I'll only remove one at time he graduates unless I hear differently from you guys.
