Well you've pretty much ruled out everything D: BUT
Melee at SW for 300 zeals.
Buy bulk raid runes and mage at every single raid :>
Could try superheating gold bars, get some smithing levels while you're at it

I did iron/steel dragons, either fire bolt(i think) with chaos gaunts, or fire surge.
Other alot less expensive option (if market is still decent) is to enchant lvl 6 jewellery in the magic training arena
