2) Please provide a full sized screenshot of your Runescape window, showing your friends list with all WG council members on it and at least your in game name visible (Note: They do not have to be online at the time):

3) Please provide a picture of your account with your username clearly visible with the Trial Guardian Gear
4) What is your clan history? Please list them. Include your rank while in the clan, and explain why you left/got banned/forced to leave: I was a member of Realm Zealots. I don't know about my official rank but I was basically a co-leader. I left the clan because the other members, all friends of mine irl, quit the game in favor of WoW.
5) What is your experience with clan related PvP and warring?: Minimal
6) Do you understand that you are expected to return to all fights (when rules allow for returning)?: Yes
7) Do you understand that you must keep your return sets stocked at all times?: Yes
8) What Country are you from? (And if you know it, Timezone) The United States; EST
9) Are you currently a Member of RuneScape, or a Free Player of RuneScape? Free Player
10) Please post a picture of your registered username in our IRC Channel.

I did and I edited my application thusly. Lol I felt like an idiot when I realised I forgot to copy that bit at the end into my app.

At a quick glance you need:
20 team cape 9
Rune Gautlets
full druidic with the shield and charged
I think that having the sets out of the box is better so you are ready to go.

okay got the pic uploaded, bought the team capes and uncharged minigame gear. now all that's left is for me to charge the gear i suppose.
