Pretty hard to get Joe, estimates are 40-50 hours of work to get it (though you also get a massive amount of xp along with it) as well as a pretty huge expense.
I can't imagine many people will be willing to get it

pretty sure group venge only works for the person who cast it so it sucks :S

there are 28 ppl on our active ml who could use group veng, that means +-10 ppl max with 95+ would attend a war, half of them would use barrage the other half venge/shield. Would be really usefull (Y) We really need to train mage alot more.

People should at least start working on it, not saying no life 24/7 until you have it.
@Pyro, the KB is wrong, a Jagex mod clarified it on RSOF.

I don't think theses spells will have to much of an impact on wars, but im glad to see new lunar spells I have always wondered what it would be like to have a few people on lunars for wars healing other, and venging tho

Heal other uses your HP
I don't see how having up to 50 people with a 75% damage recoil is not a large effect.

Everyone knows it uses your hp but you just come with brews and shit and just be a healer. But maybe group veng works when were in a b pile at first but to be honest when a fight is going on everyone is spread out and you cast it the opposition near you will also get veng. Not to mention were not going to be like hurry everyone DD so we can veng!!!

Because that would be more effective than DDing for a group venge. Nobody will try to KO you if they see you using heal other.
