Wars, Motivation, and Stuff

I'll try to put this in the simplest way I can.
If the WG staff cannot get motivated over wars and raids then I will simply not host them.
The truth is that wars are won before they're even started.
The victor is the clan that can motivate its member to come and fight long before it starts.
And this is not what I'm seeing from WG and its staff.
I don't mean attendance. I understand wars can be at bad times for all of you.
But pumping up the clan is actually more important than fighting the war itself.
This is apparent. Look at all the wars we have won. Banners. Videos. IRC spams. Several forum topics. Forum PMs.
That's the recipe for success.
But until we get this at all of our fights we're going to continue to lose.
I've said it many times and I'll say it again. PvP is what drives the clan and controls morale.
Wars are pointless until every single member is motivated to win.
What can you do? Anything really.
Make the things listed above. Encourage training. Make sure newer members read guides.
Now time to look like an asshole because that's what I do.

Honestly, I fucking hate the concept of a "Lordy war."

Not to call people out but a few things from this.
Jayson - I don't think you did bad but I'd appreciate it if you took it a bit more seriously.
Like they said, our PvP performance was complete crap.
Lordy - Well meh. You brushed this war aside and it was obvious you didn't care about it.
Their other point on the people here to raid... like Easy Tiger and his crew. Needs to stop.
I hope to see improvements on everything by everyone.

Yea i dont think i did bad, but didnt do great on a leading behalf.
I just hate drone-ing on and repeating the guys name over and over again.
But if people want me to do it differently im open for criticism.
And yea. The whole lordy prep war bullshit shits me. But not as much as the people here who just want pixels.

I will help promoting the wars from now.
- But! Don't expect me to spend hours in photoshop/flash to do nifty banners and such. What Gene does for big wars are great but if people expects that each time we war they are freakin' stupid.
I'll help promoting in IRC and you can ask me to do a banner IF you actually put it up. It really shouldn't be neccasary but with WG it obviously is. Sad we have to spend so much time on it tbh.
I'd also like to learn how to be fall-in leader if needed?

Get people to bind? I think the problem lies in switching styles fast. It's hard and takes a good fighter to do it succesfully. I have only just learned how to do it proberly.
Get people motivated? Zero tolerance politics when on Teamspeak for wars. I don't know who it was yesterday but people started talking while we were fighting.
