Tabula Rasa post?

I know it's not my place but in order to avoid disrespectful recruits and the like I feel that in order to intro or graduate to a guardian you MUST Read Gene's Tabula rasa post.
I feel that it would GREATLY enhance WG's community because the post would be fresh in their minds.
It would also remind people not to start or end arguments or flame wars which could potentially force them or others to leave WG.
P.S: if you catch someone talking bad about another WG member behind their backs let staff know so appropriate action can be taken.

I thought the point of it was a blank slate, not a continuous blank slate that you can just keep renewing lol, we need to live with what we are, can't just keep resetting

It's a good idea tbh; Copy some parts of it and make it a sticky on the applications forum
