New Robbiebot.

I've finally rebuilt Robbiebot, as I said I would. This solves several problems with speed, reliability and (most importantly)unregistered users.

However, these changes don't come without some disruption.
As of today:
1. You can no longer use your forum name for your IRC name; only the name set as your 'IRC name' in your profile works. Edit: They can be the same; robbiebot just won't check your forum name.
2. The format has changed: Your 'IRC name' should be exactly as you have it in IRC; if you login wth "supreme_kill", put "supreme_kill" in your IRC name.

3. As of now, all of Robbiebot's stat commands rely on your Runescape name, as set in your profile.

4. Temporarily, there's no !invite command; You'll have to leave and rejoin #wg_lobby to get an invite.

5. As things are new and improved, they may also be buggy. Please let me know of any bugs you see.

!invite command is now added. Also, it'll try to let you know why it can't invite/voice you if it doesn't.
