MAss RECRUIT!

Hi guys a lot of you are starting to get to know me little by little. I hope everyone in this clan will help part take in the biggest clan event ever. I have started many clans on my own, open cc, and helped other clans recruit. What im getting is at with a little help and massive advertising we can get all the way back on top of this god dame game and show everyone who WG really is. I know its not going to happen over night and I know we all have to put in a little effort and work but if we do this right with just 20 members helping we can get around 100 new members in just a couple of weeks. This is How i plan to set this up.
Ways we can advertise and get new memebers.
.Start event pking trips were we envite freinds to join us to show the power of this clan
.Start massive online [youtube and other] pking trips and promo videos that shows the true power of this clan
.Start adverting this clan more on runescape clan forums [new]
.Start having IRC advert trips before and after pking trips in world that people pk in alone such as egvil world 18 and 26 to keep it simple.
.start more event trips such as soul wars and a few others and advertise throught out the whole game to people will join a WG cc and then there we can inform them to get IRC or to go on our website to check us out.
.We can start to have massive 10m drop parties for members only every week and by doing this [ill take care of the 10m dont worry] We can not only call people that might be intrested but also get new members by showing them we are a wealthy clan and a freidnly one at least we will get 10 people by this method.
.Start to advertise on runescape forums and offer people help when they need help.
.We can start to war clans that are on the same scale of us and try to get a few of their members to join becasue truth of the matter is when a clan losses a war the new members will not be sure if they still want to remain in the clan and thats our chance to snach up their newers members.
.We can start to go our on our own and make it our goal to recruit 1 person a day to join our clan and by doing this if we have just 20 members doing this we will have gained over 100 members the 1st week.
.Start to become more active and hosting pking trips everyday so we show everyone that we are a force to be messed with and there are a bunch of small cc's that are dying to join a legit clan that pks everyday.
.We can even recuit f2p members by going and advertising in egvil in f2p worlds.

If you want to, you can introduce your friends to WG. We are a friendly clan so meeting them wont hurt.

Holy that is some intense enthusiasm!
I think council rather quality over quantity all the time, but if you introduce more people there would be for sure some quality in there I agree

Some of your ideas are really good. I'm sure your experience in recruiting can be of help to us. Thanks so much for taking the time to post all of those suggestions.
It is great to see an enthusiastic future member with so much recruiting experience and potential. I'm sure there is a place for mass recruiting even in WG at times, but currently we are being more selective to get members that enjoy the pvp aspect of the game. Hopefully, they are prepared to enjoy that with the clan.
Good Luck and keep up the efforts for helping us. It doesn't go unnoticed.

Mass recruiting is shit.
Yeah you'll get a temporary high, win a war or two, then the comedown hits, everyone hates eachother, and your clan crumples.
Looking at how easy it is to beat Jaja/ Welf (are they still about? been inactive), even with half their ops, will give you a general picture. No maging, spearing, returning, piling, sniping/ antisniping, tanking - I'd rather be on a team with 50 people who know what they're doing rather than a team of 70 mass sniping.
That said, loving the enthusiasm

Last clan I can think of that mass recruited was VR, and they didn't win a fight for like 6 months after that. Mind you, most their original members were spastics anyway.
