Prank on my buddy.

Ok, well.
Me and my mother are planning a prank on my best friend and I've decided to keep all of WG in tuned to what's going on in the prep for this and for me to keep track of what's going on.
So, I've gotten the first step of the prank going.
I've asked my friend Josh to dress up like a girl and he said he'd be up for it(Paying the asshole in Vodka(It ain't cheap you know. >.>)
Next step is to make a female account on the dating site he's on and talk him into going on a false "Date" with me after about 1 month of talking.
The week before the prank actually happens, I'm going to tell him to meet me at a Hotel room for a coffee and to shoot the shit.
The night before, my mother/Josh and I are going to rent a hotel room for the night until the next evening and surprise him when he arrives.
This entire elaborate prank is to basically tell him that the internet is a dangerous place and that the people he's flirting with could be his best friends setting him up.
Any ideas on how to make this better?
