Enforcement
  • If you can, when you see someone's Trial drawing to a close, send them a friendly forum PM (see below for optional template), reminding them, and asking if they need help with it.
  • This is not to 'insta-boot' at the 0 days remaining mark. Make sure ye check up on them personally.
  • If you have to remove a Trial Guardian, remember to make it clear that the Trial Guardian be welcome to re-apply should he feel he can be active for us. (Do this both in a forum PM to the trial, and on the removal topic.
If you would like, you can use the following template, made by BTO:

CODE

[u][color=orange][SIZE=14]Trial Guardian Period Exceeded[/SIZE]
[/color][/u]

****<COUNTDOWN OF MEMBER HERE>****

You have received this PM as a reminder to graduate within the next couple of days. Each active member will be given one month to experience the clan. If you have received this PM, [u]you have exceeded your one month trial and be required to graduate[/u] if you wish to continue. This be the final step to becoming a full member of the Wilderness Guardians.

[b][color=orange]Failure to graduate after the one month period results in removal from the clan.[/color][/b]

If you are having troubles fullfilling these requirements or have any questions, feel free to PM any of the Wilderness Guardian Council members or your mentor for help. If ye be unable to meet the Graduation requirements, you are free to reapply.

Good Luck, and we hope you continue to stay with the clan!
