Choice of Bread?

White bread. Plain, flavorless, for those who only want the over processed insane pasty goodness.
Wheat bread. All those grains. Sunflower seeds? Bird food. If you plant it, will something grow from all those whole grains?

I prefer homemade sweetrolls. I have a great recipe but I always order rye or wheat when out.
Wonder has a kid loaf of bread that is much sweeter and has more good stuff in it for those that dont like wheat.
