The maker is quite serious about taking this idea to JaGeX. I'm helping him find out if the idea will fly. Who would buy this game at the price of a standard monopoly board?

No, i have a monopoly board.....and the classic is just the best. But I am sure it would sell, if not get runescape more members.

You would have to have some serious RS addiction to buy that

There are so many versions of Monopoly around these days the whole thing has gotten old and nobody would buy it. The novelty of a Monopoly game in the style of another game/tv show got old a long time ago.
Saying that yeah I'd probably buy it through my curiosity to see the square names and read the chance/community cards. I'd use some excuse like i was buying it for a friend to justify the purchase.

I wouldn't buy it. I like the classic monopoly board. I'm sure it would sell to the younger kids, even if they don't play RS just because it's got dragons and stuff on the box. I'm sure it'd also bring in more members, since they could say that it's based off of their own online game.
I'd like to see the board though, it would be interesting how the places were valued. Lumbridge would be "Go" and the four railways would be the either the spirit trees or gnome gliders.
