Gear check

Will post it tomorrow after the war...

I'm thinking it would be simpler if I requested them to send me the screenshots of their banks via PM. Then I can give them individual responses on what they are missing and check them off once they're good to go. I won't be TOO picky about things -- like if they have 14 dragon scimitars instead of 15, that'll be fine, etc. I'll keep a checklist of people who has/hasn't shown me on the topic.

Would anybody have any objections to me doing it this way?

As for punishments for not completing the gear check on time, I'm thinking 20% if not completed by Saturday and an additional warn level for every week after that.

Only problem is that at the clan meeting it was discussed and the gear check will be next Sunday. I said I would be posting it on the forum. You guys are bad communicators. lol But it was next Sunday and then they have to have them back by Wed. That is plenty of time as I'll be letting them know in my TS meeting notes too. I did go by the weekend date that you and Jayson discussed in the other post as well.

If we do it this week...

Pros:
- We can see people have the gear before the war.
- Catch people off guard who don't have the gear.

Cons:
- Told people it would be next week, so they might get mad.


Pros outweigh the cons to be honest.

It's due to the RDK war being postponed so its fine.

Kevin since you are going emeritus in a few weeks, if you don't want to deal with this just let me know.
