I'm a skiller

I'm a skiller..
and I'm a damn good Event Leader if you ask me.. I've never questioned my abilities as an EL but I have questioned WG's abilities to have normal events. We pull 3-5 people maximum at normal events and it's just not enough to make it work properly. I'm not angry with you.. You guys are warriors and I'm a community skiller.
I took this EL job because that is what I think I'm good at and I hoped that WG would support normal events but it's not in WG's interest at all. I feel obsolete, emptied out of motivation and tired of planning, creating, discussing and working for nothing. I can't give you what you want.. I can give you what skillers want and you guys are not skillers.
I'm not a warrior. I hate going to wars and I hate getting pm's from our leader saying that I'm an incompetent staff member for not wanting to go to wars. I'm not incompetent. I'm one of the finest EL's WG has ever seen in my opinion. I don't wanna fight.. It's a waste of time and potential level-ups. My interest is not in killing people but in gaining levels and sharing my achievements with others who enjoy the same thing.
I'm sorry but I have to let go. I want to have fun and I can't have fun if I can't do what I want when I want.
The Wilderness Guardians are best off without me. Yes, I love you guys with all my heart but what you stand for is not what I stand for anymore. I won't see any solution in taking elite because it wouldn't help my problem. Emeritus...? I'm not inactive.. I'm one of the few who can say that I love playing Runescape because I love to advance.. Love to see myself getting better through hard work and dedication. I wanted to be a dedicated EL and I believe I was in these 2½ months I had the rank.. I didn't see any progress from you guys..
EL is the most obsolete rank in the clan, end of story.
I'm stepping down.. I had a great run but we will never agree on our ambitions.. They are too different.
My plans now are to follow Surreal - A skilling clan full of friendly people who are willing to do anything to help me. Like you guys.. And I'm sure I will like it there. It's more relaxed than here and that's what I need.. I'm a skiller.

Dallar, You will be missed. I love reading your events and I love the way you set them up.
You may think that WG is full of warriors, but look....half of them dont want to raid.. or skill. Its becoming a joke.

dallar i wud ask you to stay but that wud be wrong. i completely understand. im a skiller aswell and i enjoy making events but i dont enjoy pulling 3 people to them. im sad to see you go. you were one of the best EL's and you did such a great job. i hope you find a clan that fits you best with skilling and all :]

I haven't been around in that span of time, but I guess it really declined.
I like to think I'm an all around player that can be anything in this clan. Including a skiller. I still skill and can do wars. If you like it in the other clan more I guess you should leave then.
