Explain?

By Armybuilder1 on 24/05/2011
Kevin may i suggest you explain what's wrong with peoples gear rather than not just crossing them out.

Apparently its too much effort L.

I haven't gotten to most gear checks yet. I haven't been able to access a computer today.

I did say on the topic that they would be notified via PM whether their gear checks were good or not, so it's not my fault that you and everyone else didn't read it.

I'm also not going to go through the list of gear and type out every single item that somebody is missing. The gear checks take long enough to do. That's what step 1 of the check is for, for them to make sure they have all the gear themselves.

It does take a really long time.

Try using a copy of the list that you print out. Then use crayon or color pencils to mark them as you go. I do dots first then the like after I am through all the colors I do a slash through the dot. Then an x is made through the dot. This makes knowing what they all need much easier to do.

The ones that send you their entire bank pictures of like every single thing are crazy. lol

Kevin if it stresses you just forward some of them to me and I'll send them back to you with what if needed. I don't mind helping at all.

If the members cant take the 5 minutes to read the list and check it off themselves they can do it when they get the reply

By rachellove9 on 25/05/2011
What Jayson said too. You don't have to send them the list. But the way I described makes the checks go faster for you. If you know what they need then the recheck is only on the items they actually needed.

I did that was the problem.
I got home. And other people were crossed off and i hadnt. I know my gears right..
