How to change my mouse cursor?

Hey guys, well i wanna change my cursor to a bgs cursor and i dont know how

Karel,you'r close. But you need to go into; My Computer>Local Disk (C:)>WINDOWS>Cursors.
Drag in a downloaded cursor into that file. Then do what Karel said to change it to that cursor.

u dont really need to drag it to no file..save it on ur desktop or watever then go to mouse settings and browse for the cursor where u saved there
