What can I do to help?

I don't want WG to die/suffer.
I don't want to leave council.

But I don't know what I can do to help out anymore. Really, I don't. I'm feeling nothing but negative vibes, and I have absolutely no ideas.

Council has to work as a unit. Negativeness goes so much further then positive. They don't get over the negative as quickly as they forget the positive.

Basically I'm asking you to be positive attitude. This will grow slowly and become the general feeling of the clan.

It's like when your mom is pissed off. The entire family suffers and gets in a bad mood. She rules the mood of the house. Take hold of the mood of the clan and make it a good one. (some families it's the dad)

A helpful thing can be to take a deep breath and smile big to your computer when you get mad then take a count to 5 before you react. Slowing it down a bit can give you those few seconds to think of it more positively.

I'm honestly really upset that only Rachel cared enough to respond. I thought we were a team, guys.

Right now one of your teammates needs help, and you're all just walking past the kid who's dropped all his books in the hallway, making sure not to make eye contact.

I've given this some thought.

The most important thing I can ask of you is to headline recruitment.
We have this huge array of materials in the form of images, website and videos, but we're not making use of them.

If you could make one sticky in perhaps IA, with all our recruitment materials, creating recruitment topics for RSC, Tip.it, and every fansite you think is large enough, we can start getting members posting after it's done.

Also, with the templates, I'd like you to run it by council. When you make them, be wary of every sentence, making sure nothing drags.

My efforts for the next three weeks will be toward June 20, which I must do in private.

Also, massive props to you for the incentive to find work and direction.
That carries a lot of respect with me.

Perhaps we should use the template that Keanu made a long while back, after modifying the information and wording of course (or maybe I'd just write everything up and ask Keanu to make it look pretty, basically). I remember it being pretty solid.

Yeah get Keanu in on this. The video... up to you. There are two ways to go.
Either embed it into the post, or link to it as an extra for more info. It's up to you to decide what our most convincing material is, and to present it in a way that will make them read/view the whole thing rather than skip over it.

I didn't feel it appropriate to post considering you have been Council longer than I.
