4) What is your clan history? Please list them. Include your rank while in the clan, and explain why you left/got banned/forced to leave: 1. World18pkers, General. Open cc. I left because the leader randomly ranked/deranked people and he was willing to give people ranks for cash/tricks -.-
2. Team-Corruption. A small mid-level pking team, the leader quit runescape soon after I joined. There weren't any more clan activities after that.

5) What is your experience with clan related PvP and warring?: I don't have all that much clan related experience with warring. I've only been to a few small wars but I watch plenty of warring videos.

Yes, I understand.

Ofcourse, that will make returning possible

like someone else said, you need 110 f2p combat, should be pretty quick for you to get

Thank you for all the reply's. I'm afraid 110+ F2P is gonna be a bit harder than some of you might think. Reason for that is that I want to keep my Attack level (80) and Defence level (70) at those levels.
I did some calculations and realised achieving 99 Hitpoints would only get me to 109 F2P. So In order to become a Wilderness Guardian I need to get 95 Prayer. I don't like getting a combination between 99 Hitpoints and 95 Prayer. ( 95 Hp and 85 Prayer for example) because that will be bad for pking. I used to make a lot of money in the Bounty Worlds but since that has been removed I don't really got a good way of making ~80m more for 95 prayer.
I'm currently training my Ranged to 99 while doing slayer. That will get me a few HP levels and hopefully a bit of money too. (Which I doubt because I cannon pretty much all task that are cannonable).

To make a long story short: It's gonna take me a long time to get 110 F2P Combat but I'm sure it will be worth it

Because a higher attack level will barely help me while pking and will level me up a lot. Making me a worse pker, stats wise.
Same goes for defence, Only reason for leveling my defence would be to PvM but that's something I don't enjoy all too much.

If you happen to come back on the forum, come talk to someone op in IRC about your situation. I'm thinking you might have a valid point about your acct. Case by case some exception might be made.
