Turning Tides ended a SIX month losing streak.

I've got it!!!
You are going to divide the clan into three sectors.
One sector will be the "Fighting Sector" where the members who want to war, raid, and battle against other clans will be put. A council member will be in charge and will have raid leaders assist with leading.
The second will be the "Skilling Sector", also led by a council member and event leaders will assist with this sector. The members in this sector will not want to participate in PvP combat and would rather attend more 'skilling' events and focus on their personal stat goals.
The third will be the "community sector" where the inactive people go lolz.
Members will have the option to become "combined" where they are part of both the "fighting" and "skilling" sector.

Firstly I don't recall what we discussed at the meeting.

All of y'all are missing one key moment in WG that has happened in our history. He did not mention DG. DG was so influential in finding the true leaders of WG. How could anyone forget that we once had a junior clan.
I believe that we are soon going to have a junior clan to bring in the younger people of RuneScape and foster them again. We will become a huge force, as there are no younger clans that have as an impressive history as us. The young people will want to be in an established community such as ours.
Gene graduates soon. With this graduation, he will have a lot more free time. This free time will go into the building of this clan, and production of our junior clan.
Garrett as such a great young member will be going to DG as a great leader of them. He is a natural leader, and would be perfect for the littler kids to look up to.
Keanu as Historian would be like a mentor to the younger ones. He has been through a lot of shit with WG and wanting to be in WG, and because of this experience, and Keanu's great personality, he would be mentoring them, successfully.
The younger people will see our WG members growing, becoming stronger. They will want to train, and get into WG so that they can experience the great wars that we are going to have. Soon enough WG would be a large empire, basically.
The emeritus members would be seen in here as they are seen at universities. They are the elders. Some of the people who have a ton of experience and are great for advice. Summing this up, emeritus would serve as elder to the rising people. Bringing back their experiences in the past.
I just came up with this idea, and it seems as epic to those proportions. So that is why I just posted it, giving reasons for why I think it would happen, and to try to fit things into what you have said.
My idea for the part where people will "quit", is that some don't want to be part of a mother/daughter clan.
Some will write applications and such. Notice he does say "Some may be written".

"Some will fall" - to the daughter clan
