Mark

His attitude has been pretty bad recently.

What do you guys think about it?

He talks about phishing and hacking openly in the lobby, as well as talking about botting as well in the lobby.

Starting to not want him in staff to be honest.

I'm going to talk to JC about this. He is our best member to be watching out for this kind of stuff being talked about. I would want to be certain it is an ongoing thing. He will most likely have logs on it as well.

I don't think throwing him out of staff is a way to solve it. Bring the logs against him and tell him what he is doing wrong. Trying to correct the situation is better.

But it really is a bad sight seeing a staff member encouraging botting/phishing/hacking and other nh things.

JC often tells me about Mark talking about those things.

I discussed it with JC. He has logs of talking to Mark about 3 or 4 weeks ago when Dieyou got his warn level for trolling Lumby. He told me that Mark has not being doing this kind of thing since. At least not that he has seen. He said small stuff comes up but he knows he over reacts so he lets the little things go.

Two things for us to do:

1. One of council can approach him but only if we have recent logs that show the behavior has come back.

2. Post in lvl 3 a general thing stating that as staff they are expected to tell people in pm to stop the talk and then if they don't kick them from IRC. If it continues do a ban for an hour, ect . . .

I think even posting this in lvl 3 will stop it over all with Mark or staff that may be involved. Somehow he wasn't the one I would of thought to do this. I'm glad you brought it to my attention.

I can post in lvl 3 if you would like me to do that. It has to be totally without any indication that we suspect any staff of doing it. We don't need another fight going on in the clan atm.

Umm yea sure.

Just say make sure all of you act like staff members in the lobby as someone has 'come to you saying some staff members have been acting inappropriate'
