Internet troubles

Im having really bad internet problems the people who provide us internet (orange) are shit in every way they have updated there servers and didnt infourm us so for the last week we have been waiting for them to send us a new router. Our old Router was "out of date" they said so we will send you a new one, i asked "how long will it take to get the new one to us " they said 2 weeks so should get it next week sometime so atm im gonna play scape round my gfs house untill i have it sorted out
